We would like to inform you that by Government Regulation No. 176/2024 Coll., Government Regulation No. 463/2013 Coll., on lists of addictive substances (text available here), has been amended. Based on this amendment, the following substances have been included in Annex No. 4 of this regulation with effect from July 1, 2024:

Tetrahydrocannabihexol (THCH; THC-H6),
Tetrahydrocannabioctyl (THCJD; THC-C8),
Tetrahydrocannabutol (THCB; THC-C4) and
Tetrahydrocannabiphorol-O-acetate (THCP-acetate, THCP-O).

For the reasons stated above, products containing these substances are no longer (and will not be in the future, unless there is a change in legislation) available on our website or in our stores.
