Loyalty Program

Earn loyalty points for purchases, product ratings, and reviews. You can redeem these points as a discount on your next order.

After registering, you will also receive a permanent 5% discount on the entire assortment. The discount is automatically applied once you log in to your account.

How to collect points

• Purchase – 1 EUR spent = 1 point
  (points are calculated from the value of products only and rounded down to whole numbers)
• Product rating – 3 points for rating a product with stars
• Product review – 5 points for writing a review

You can only rate products purchased from our e-shop, and no earlier than 7 days after placing the order.

When points are credited

Points are credited after the order has been paid.

• Online payment – points are credited once the payment is received
• Cash on delivery – points are credited after the payment from the carrier is received, usually within 14 days after delivery

How to redeem points

You can redeem your points after registering and logging in to your customer account. When registering, please use the same email address you used when placing your order.

Points can be redeemed directly in the shopping cart when placing your order – simply select “Use loyalty points” and choose how many points you want to apply.

Redemption conditions

• 1 point = €0.04 discount
• points can be used for up to 50% of the order value
• points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited

Order cancellation and returns

If an order is cancelled or goods are returned:

• points for that order will not be credited
• if the points have already been credited, they may be deducted accordingly

In the case of a partial return, the number of points may be adjusted according to the value of the returned goods.
