What is 10-OH-HHC and what are its effects?

10-OH-HHC stands for 10-hydroxyhexahydrocannabinol, it is a hydroxy derivative of HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) that is produced by the action of the enzyme cytochrome P450 (present mainly in the liver).

The 10-OH-HHC products are formed by the synthesis of HHC, in which a hydroxyl group (-OH) is added to the tenth position of the HHC nucleus.

10-OH-HHC mimics the effects of THC, HHC and HHCP but with less intensity and shorter duration of action.
